Dismissal
A note is required if your child is being dismissed early, or going/not going to after care. Students will not be permitted to go on different buses. Please do not send changes in a child's dismissal routine through email or Class DOJO! A note must be sent in to school.
Absences
If your child will be absent from school, please contact the Health Office at 471-1800. If you would like to arrange to have your child's work picked up or sent home with a sibling, please contact the Main Office at 471-1800. State Law requires that a child must have an absence note upon returning to school. The Google Classroom will hav assignments attached for the day if your child misses a day of school.
*Please be sure to complete the health screener every morning.
Homework
The district policy is to assign homework Monday through Thursday each week. Homework should not exceed 45 minutes. If homework is taking longer than 45 minutes, please contact me.
Snack
Please send your child in with a snack and drink every day. We don't have any nut allergies.
*Birthday treats- Birthday treats need to be store-bought. Parents can't send in homemade treats this year. We have 17 students in the class. Please let me know in advance if your child would like to celebrate his or her birthday in school.
Recess
All students must wear sneakers on the playground. Also, please be sure your child has the proper coat or jacket. Students may bring in small toys to play with for days with inside recess (please no electronics).
